Keeping soldiers human
War dehumanizes soldiers and puts severe strain on their family relationships. Home Front equips military chaplains to provide vital spiritual, moral, and emotional care that keeps soldiers human.
Soldiers trust chaplains because they know what life at the front is like. That means they are willing to genuinely talk about their fears, issues of conscience when they kill people in combat, the pain of losing comrades in battle, struggles sleeping, and concerns for their loved ones back home.

Supporting chaplains at the front
Our Daily Bread’s support covers practical items such as fuel costs for trips to the front, postage costs for sending food and clothing, and other essentials that remind soldiers they are not forgotten.
